Good afternoon, This is Stephane from South Sea Cruises and I would like to take this opportunity to respond to Madfelice's comments. Unfortunately when Madfelice missed the bus, it was not through being advised the incorrect time, 20 other guests got picked on that day and nobody else missed the bus. However we have to take responsibility for the second event. The cruise was cancelled and we tried to re-direct all the day trippers to other cruises or offer them a refund. We failed to contact Madfelice and so accept responsibility for this. So I wish to apologize on behalf of South Sea Cruises for this error.
