Just above Florence is a small town, Fiesole, where there are ancient etruscan ruins and olive trees. From this town you have a panoramic view of Florence, its bridges and entire cityscape. To get there simply board a city bus and get off at the farthest stop in the route. It has a quaint city square and a copy of the statue of David. Ask the bus driver to let you know when you are there. It takes about a 30-45 min. bus ride, and is well worth the trip. report a problem
