We experiencd a fabulous vacation in Italy this past September 2012. It was only tainted by finding out that we had been billed for (and received mind you) 3 leather coats instead of 2, and they weren't cheap! They were shipped home for us. We made it quite clear we did not want one of the coats I tried on as it did not fit properly, but it arrived with the others.We have not been able to get any response by email (even with a read receipt) and now think it was a dummy mail account. The SABANI Leather Factory in Piazza San Lorenzo....BUYER BE WARE! Be very careful what they put on the "buying pile" as my husband did not notice what they had done. Neither of us noticed the not wanted coat anywhere in site. The one I chose was being altered. They seemed very friendly and we did not suspect that this would happen. We were very clear about our choices. I would try calling but I fear that too would not be answered! report a problem
