EPCOT Holiday Candlelight Processional- A Must See!

If you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World during the Holiday Season, the Candlelight Processional at EPCOT is a MUST see! It's a festive re-telling of the Christmas Story by a celebrity guest narrator, which is accompanied by a beautiful orchestra and massive children's choir singing Christmas Carols. The show is held in the America Gardens Theater in the World Showcase (the back part of the park where the country pavilions are located) and will leave you goose bumps and filled with Christmas Cheer! Given the popularity of the show, lines can begin well in advance of show time (sometimes it's shown only once a night, but as Christmas week nears, shows can be two shows a night) leaving you standing in long lines to ensure your seat for the show. Wait no more! We purchased Candlelight Dinner Packages which included dinner and Candlelight show tickets. Depending on the EPCOT restaurant that you choose to dine in, this will dictate the dinner/show package price. While the show is free with park admissions, if you have purchased dinner package tickets, you'll have a special line that you'll use because you have reserved seats right up front for the show! You can have your leisurely dinner and walk right up close to show time! No waiting and well worth the experience! You can book dinner packages by calling the Disney dinning reservation line at 407-WDW-DINE. This has become a tradition with our family if we're in Orlando/WDW during the holidays because it ends up to be such a highlight of our trip! Enjoy! report a problem
