My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment (http://www.flipkey.com/miami-beach-condo-rentals/p243852/) in dec. 2011, during our East Coast trip. Not only the owner, Richard Evans, kept us waiting for hours when we arrived, also the place was dirty and we didn’t get back the 200$ of security deposit we payed in advance (and for sure not, because we wasted the place!! Richard just thinks there’s no need to respond anymore.) This guy ownes a couple of more rental apartments and Hotels in Miami Beach and you just need to read a view reviews to get a good impression of how this guy is doing business!
