Lunch at Gloria Estefan's super chic Costa d' Este Beach Resort in Vero Beach, followed by a drive down the Treasure Coast checking out the homes, boats and marinas. Fantastic Cuban black bean soup, then beef with rice and black beans. We drank "Florida Julie" : pineapple juice, ice and ginger ale, invented by my Sister Julie White.
