My husband and I travelled to France on our honeymoon and the one thing we relied on most was our GPS!! If you really want to get the most out of your trip, bring a GPS with maps of France. We were able to visit all of Normandy and the DDay beaches, Carcassonne, Alise St Reine, Pont Du Gard, and many other places. I'm sure this tip applies to other countries as well as some GPS systems come equipped with maps of other countries now, but I can only speak for that which I have travelled. report a problem
