I would recommend a minimum two nights at the Colombe d'Or auberge. This provides you time to explore the classic medieval village of St-Paul-de-Vence and to appreciate fully the priceless art of some of the world's most famous artists hanging in the dining room. Artists include Picasso, Miro, Matisse and Braque who provided their artwork in lieu of payment. Tip: For lunch, eat al fresco and order the whole sea bass. Exquisite.
