My View Of Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort

I thought this was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. We came from the other Pearl Beach Resort on Huahine which we loved. We had a garden bungalow there. On Bora Bora we had a beach Bungalow. The resort was nice. More humid than the other island. We did have lots of privacy with the high fence. Inside was our own courtyard with Spa(cold water) and the outdoor shower and bathroom which was fine. Just have to watch for the mosquitos. They really loved my wife. Food was good, but dinner service seemed a little slow. But thats ok, we were not in a hurry. At dinner we over heard some Americans talking about the place.."Its really beautiful, but there is nothing to do!" We thought that odd. Why come all this was and not enjoy the beauty of where you are. I'm from the West Coast and had no problem with doing nothing!. Maybe they thought there was one spot like on Hawaii where you could party. We had to get our beach chairs early as the ones in front of the bungalow would always be gone early. We had a sitting room with a wonderful view of the mountain and Overwater bungalows. Over all I found the staff gave good service and it was a very pleasant stay. I think that the other, lesser known islands seem to be more relax. Everyone knows Bora Bora :-)
