I have never fallen in love with a museum quite like I have with the Weimar Schlossmuseum. There are three floors of Art work with my favourite being the Second floor as the rooms are just as equally as beautiful at the art. If you are musician like myself you will enjoy the ballroom on the second floor with several antique piano and other musical instruments. The art work appeals to many different tastes. The first floor is mostly Religious Iconography. The second (as already stated) contains classical works in rooms that are works of art themselves. The thrid floor is more on the modern side both in terms of art and design. This museum is well worth the admission which is somewhere around the 5 Euro mark.
