Rogano's menu is dominated by seafood, but you've already figured that out from the lobster on the facade and the ocean-liner interior design. Recently under new ownership, this sophisticated Art Deco restaurant and bar has been given a little nip-and-tuck—as might be expected of any 70-year-old dowager—but the favorite entrée in the formal dining room remains that old standby, lobster thermidor. The new owners have also introduced two Scottish beef dishes for those who prefer food without fins. After a menu tweak, the fare in the downstairs café (tempura squid served on top of bean sprouts with chili sauce on the side) is now lighter on the fish and the pocket.
