Granada see + do

On the top of everyone's Granada sightseeing list, of course, is the Alhambra, and rightly so. But after you've checked it off, wander through the winding streets of this historic city to find hidden gardens, ancient baths, and so many breathtaking views you won't know where to look. The Albaicín, the atmospheric neighborhood that clings to the hillside above the Darro River along a steep gorge, is the best place to make these discoveries. Be warned, those killer views come courtesy of many killer steps; the footsore can jump on regular buses that take a circular route from Plaza Nueva to either the Albaicín or the Alhambra.
