Hamburg restaurants
Though you can still load up on sausage, schnitzel, and potatoes, Germany is no longer exclusively the province of cheap, heavy eats. In cosmopolitan Hamburg, a generation of internationally trained chefs has introduced a lighter, more refined style of eating—beyond just the now-ubiquitous Asian influence.
