Hiroshi Eurasian Tapas, Honolulu

This is my go to place for visitors to Hawaii. I take all my friends and family who visit here. Quite a few have said it was the best meal of thier lives. The fresh fish and island produce are only elevated by the flawless preparation by Hiroshi and Staff. I have had everything on the menu and gone to many of the special menu and events held here. I have not had a bad dish or time here. Favorites include the Sous Vide of Kona Cold Lobster Tail served over a delicious squid ink pasta, LaBelle Farms Foie Gras Sushi, Marinated Snapper "En Papillote", Crispy Skin Moi, Crab Stuffed Mahi and Pan Roasted Opah. I would like to stress again the entire menu is fantastic, not a bad dish in the bunch. For desert try the Panna Cotta or the unique take on Banana's Foster. All this fantastic food is paired with a great bar and a amazing wine selection captained by the one and only Chuck Furuya.
