I was here in October 2012. Usually crowded through out the day. Do not surprise of the service, very straight up. You can order anytime you want, just waive at one of the many service people. (not actually waiter, waitress). To be on the safe side, just order hot foods, no fresh vegetables and drinks with ice. You will be sorry if you do, I caught a big worm crawling on the salad. When you tell the staffs, they will just shrugged their heads and take it away, like it normal routine. Be careful at the prices as some of the items are very expensive. Generally, the food is ok, not great as you thought after reading other blogs. Keep in mind, each restaurant in Vietnam only good and specialized in certain menu. It's good to check around depend on what kind of food you plan to eat, such as rice, noodles, vermicelli noodle etc... The local usually know where specifically to each on each kind, so do not hesitate to ask.
