Stayed here for 1 night in January pre-cruise. The property is magnificent! I stayed in the Lido Suite and the room was completely decadent. Electronics were top grade. The bathroom was the best I have ever been in. Bear in mind this hotel is new. The staff was very firendly and polite but they were young and needed some polishing. I could have used an explanation on the electronics and their use. The hotel was fairly empty - only 2 out of 10 rooms occupied - quiet. There were 3 balconies - only one was furnished and usable but a terrific view from all. The bathub faucet leaked but I McGyvered it and all was well...I didnt want to call to fix it as I was relaxed and ready for that beautiful footed tub. I enjoyed the all you can eat dim sum lunch in the restarant...also had a fantastic breakfast in my room....served hot and fresh and huge portions!
Hotel has much promise and will be killer when all the kinks are worked out. They need to lower the prices a bit so that people can be introduced to the luxury during the "shakedown" process. Not worth the $800 per night I paid - but it will be I am sure of it!
