Confused about what to see? There are many good bus tours of the city and we would recommend taking at least one as the first item on your agenda. This way you get a good preview of the city and then can note which places you want to visit in depth and which won't be of interest to you. It saves the time of trying to decide where to go and what to do with so many overwhelming choices. A favorite must-do spot each time we return is Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinder at about 1600 N Clark. They do not take reservations and if you arrive during peak dining plan for a good hour wait, but it is well worth it. The flat bread, Greek Salad and 1/2# or 1# pizza in a bowl are great.
