go online and find the many things to do. You can plan an itinerary, but always have a plan B, in case the museum you planned on is closed for renovation. The Chamber of Commerce or Historical Society are god bets. They've always helped me with directions and good restaurant suggestions. If you know someone who's gone there, give them a call for suggestions. Who doesn't love to talk all about their vacation? But, keep in mind: this doesn't have to be the only/last time you go. Otherwise, you'll be forced to rush and really "see" nothing but your watch! report a problem
