In the onetime garden of Dolmabahce Palace, the hotel offers "wonderful views" of Istanbul from the Gaja Roof Restaurant, which serves Continental cuisine. Rooms have muted colors, bleached-wood furniture—and espresso machines. Sixty-five acres of gardens are ripe for strolling. A spa opened in August 2008.
