My wife and stayed at Il Falconiere in Cortona last may and attended the 1/2 day cooking school. The entire stay was great, but the cooking lesson was fantastic. The lesson is hands on and fun in Silvia's magnificent kitchen, with the food you have prpared served to you that evening in the restaurant with different wines for each course. report a problem
