Snooty service coupled with mediocre food

Don't ask for an outside table... the staff informed me that all outside tables were booked and they could not accommodate my request to sit outside -- the tables were in fact empty when I arrived, and still empty as I finished my meal and walked out over an hour later... Grano felt incredibly stuck up and I did not enjoy my meal one bit. There are far warmer, friendlier places to eat in Rome. Skip Grano!
