We stayed for 2 weeks in the The White Suite at the Jamaica Inn in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It was so perfect that we got married right in the "room" which is magnificently situated on its own private peninsula. A few steps down into the sea, (a ladder from our room) and we saw an octopus while snorkeling. Winston Churchill used to stay in this suite where he painted. It has a luxurious marble open-air bathroom which can be closed off with shutters. Breathtaking vistas of the Caribbean Sea can be seen from anywhere within the 2000 square feet of living space. The expansive private terrace opens onto its own secluded pool surrounded by lush vegetation--which seemed like an acre total. Due to the price, next time I'd recommend going in July--when the price for this special suite is cut in half--and the weather is still beautiful. There is no TV in the room--which we loved--but some might not. report a problem
