Ghastly food

I hosted a dinner party at the Oak Door for 20 guests on the occasion of my birthday and was so disappointed - every one of my guests when pressed (politeJapanese mainly) respondfed the same way - their food was unappetizing and blah. Indeed my own food was also very bleak and arrived luke warm - and the wait staff were polite (in a toady, manualized sort of way) but slow, unprofessional and disappointing. I wil never eat there again.
