Koh Samui's nightlife scene is among the most diverse in Thailand. Two beach towns, Chaweng and Lamai, vie for the heart of the island's after-dark scene. Beach Republic's oceanfront party moves from poolside loungers to late-night dancing. Afterward, partiers gravitate to the hills above Bophut Beach to the famous Q Bar, where hundreds of revelers crowd the dance floor amid panoramic views of the island.
