Mandarin Oriental is more than a hotel. It's an experience. There is nothing typical about it. Be prepared to be "overwhelmed" with outstanding guest service...and be prepared to pay a premium for it. If you like Four Seasons, The Peninsula and others like it, you'll LOVE Mandarin.
