One place to meet some locals and have some fantastic food for not a lot of money is Borough Market, located at 8 Southwark Street. I highly recommend the Toasted Cheese Sandwich. It will be the best 4 pounds you spend, There are also lots of fresh fruits and chocolates. While there you can ask the locals where they go for great food or anything. report a problem
