A bit of a disappointment

I've been to London a number of times and never had the opportunity to tour the palace. I did take a tour January 2010, and I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. Shabby is the best word that comes to mind in describing Kensington Palace. I really was quite amazed it hasn't been better preserved. It doesn't compare to some of the palaces I've seen in other European countries.
