Studio City Katsuya is Much Better

If you don't mind that it's not Philippe Starck-designed and is located next door to a kennel, the original Studio City Katsuya on Ventura at Colfax in Studio City is much better. Portions are bigger and prices are better when the pretension is taken out of the equation. If you're going for lunch, plan to get there well before the 1PM standard lunch hour for the studios.
