Loving Pasadena

I grew up in Pasadena for most of my childhood, attending elementary, junior high and high school near Orange Grove. I love this area and now that I have a design background I have a deeper appreciation for the beautiful architecture in Pasadena, in particular, the Gamble House by the Greene and Greene Brothers. You can take a guided tour there and see the interior of the beautiful house. If renting a car in Los Angeles (which is a must do because its possible to get anywhere otherwise, although attempts are being made with the new metrorail), drive along the Colorado Bridge, especially in the late evening where you will get a great view of the city and a beautiful view of the sunset!
