We planned and spent part of our honeymoon there this February 2011....wish we had stayed somewhere else. After making our reservations over 9 months in advance, we arrived to find they had given our specified, reserved room away to someone else. I called about 4 days prior to our arrival to make sure everything was in order with no surprises in store for us...we were told our requested room was ours. They definitely put a dent in our stay. As you can imagine, I was livid. After battling with the front desk, and management, we were comped for one night and given a spa credit. This was nice but I would have preferred the arrangements we were promised. We will never return to the Ritz-Carlton, and will spend our money at the Four Seasons from now on. This wasn't just a stay for vacation...this was our wedding/honeymoon....very poor service. Never again Ritz-Carlton! Very Poor Service!
