I have been visiting my mother in Bs. As. for the past 4 years. We've been going to 2 fantastic restaurants near her home and they are inexpensive. One is "El Espanol" -- serving Spanish food but also other dishes. They have the best calamari (rabas) that I have ever had. The address Rincon 196, corner of Rincon and Alsina in the Congreso area. The other "La Posta" for the best Empanadas and Pizzas. They are at Bartolome Mitre 2297, on the corner of Pasteur in the Balvanera area. Try them, you will like them.
