Royal Hideaway Playacar, Playa del Carmen

Went here for a long weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday. It was perfect. Service was outstanding. Food was great, drinks were fab. Staff goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Alex, in charge of activities keeps the entire pool/beach area running smooth. From grabbing towels, giving great tips on where to go for a run, or getting guests involved in a game of bingo. He is always smiling, and takes such pride in his job. He is a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend this resort.
