Pujol, Mexico City

In the six years I have been dining at Pujol, Chef Enrique has never disappointed me in his culinary vision and eye-catching, unique complexity of dishes. The cuisine is now presented in a new dining room ambience. The monastic cold and austere decor of white walls and harsh lighting has been transformed into a contemporary color pallet of black (walls), white (linens) and grey (accents). New lighting spotlights the white linen tablecloths creating high contrast and drama, making a dramatic, chic and bold statement. A marriage between the cuisine and the decor now makes for an elegant and stylish dining experience. Paul Piazzese
