The white Art Deco newcomer has "sleek design with minimal color and inviting open spaces." Rooms are split between the main building, with a modern art–filled six-story stairwell, and two-story bungalows on the beach. Glass French doors separate "bright living rooms with balconies" from the bedroom. Dining is limited to a poolside grill, but a restaurant is in the works.
