This place is a DUMP! The first time Concierge has let me down! It is worn and poorly managed. It has a feeling that it is closing down soon. and nobody gives a dam anymore. The rooftop pool has been closed for months shut down by the City Of Miami because of Sanitation purposes per the sign that was posted on the roof! We were in a lower level room but it was so noisy from the kitchen and NO view. The toilet in our room rocked when you sat on it!! I could go on and on but there is not enough space. Concierge, please take it off your list. It no longer meets the standards you had when you first evaluated the place. Dont go unless you want to be disappointed.
