My nephew and I changed our tickets from Lima to Miami a week early due to illness (my husband died 2 days later) and Lan Air charged us nearly $800.00 a piece to move our flights up. The airplane had empty seats..so I don't know the reason for this highway robbery. I have written to them..but have not heard back. I would caution anyone who flies on Lan Air to be very careful..dont get sick..or never fly them! sincerly..Natalie report a problem
