Poor, very poor !

For over 300 euros a night for a premium room, you expect a comfortable quiet nights sleep. Instead, we were kept awake all night by a noisy wedding going on in the hotel (noisy drumming, noisy band). This went on well beyond midnight and throughout most of the early hours. Called reception to complain, they refused to tell the band to tunr down the volume. The hotel also refused to refund the cost of the lost nights sleep. Poor, very poor example of customer service !
