Tucked behind Notre-Dame Basilica, this hotel "on a small, cobblestoned street" was once a seventeenth-century fur trader's house. Exposed stone embellishes interiors. Suites with kitchenettes and L'Occitane bath amenities are done in brown and off-white, and some have balconies or fireplaces. Interior rooms overlook a courtyard. The contemporary French at the brasserie-style S Le is "far from outstanding."
