this is not true!!!! he never stayed at La Maison Bleue

i want to answer to the person who wrote this article: this person made reservation at La Maison Bleue 1 month before his check in, on his arrival to the hotel, he starts to say bad words about La Maison Bleue because he doesn't like the outside..., he forgot that he booked in traditional guest house in the old town of Fez not in a sophisticated hotel... he would like to cancel on check in his reservation with no fees, we explain to him that we are fully booked & he should paid due the cancellation policy that he already agreed , after talking & talking i accept to charge him only 50 %. and now look what he said ... NO COMMENT.
