The long, rolling lawn from the 18th-century Great House, the sole seaside plantation on Nevis, unfurls to this relaxed, open-air spot decorated with bamboo chimes and Balinese kites. Try the signature Nevis Peak cocktail (kiwi liqueur, vodka, pineapple, orange juice, and coconut cream). Thursday evenings bring a bounteous seafood buffet and live reggae music, a two-fer that attracts an islandwide crowd.
Open Fridays through Wednesdays 8 am to 6:30 pm, Thursdays 8 am to 11 pm, early October through late August.
