We stayed 3 nights over the February school vacation break. Except for our room not being ready when we arrived, the service was exceptional. Staff remember your name, and you don't need to carry your wallet while you are there. Ski boots can be warmed and carried to the lift if you wish, but we did not use this service. You just drop your skis at the ski valet at the end of the day and they are ready for you the following morning. The food, spa and staff were great.
