Feeding frenzy delayed

Traveling with my 4 kids, I found that having easy accessed food to be a great help. On previous trips, no matter when or how much was eaten, someone would say they were hungry as we approached an attraction. With each child armed with their own fanny pack of goodies, s/he could munch whenever they wanted without asking. It was filled with goldfish, popcorn, frozen yogurt packages, raisins, a pouch drink, whatever. After lunch was eaten, I would only have to buy one snack, usually ice cream, later in the afternoon. Yes, we needed to have a stock ed traveling pantry in our room but it save us the aggravation and time of corralling kids to find a snack and then finding a spot for 6 to sit with the one child who isn't hungry protesting loudly. report a problem
