Here is a short and simple bit of tips for those people who want to take in Disney but hate the sweaty lines and pushy people. First off, stay in a resort so you can enjoy extra magic hours. Before you go, plan your trip online by looking at the schedule. If animal kingdom has the morning extra magic hours then on that day, that is where you start. Then at about 11:00 AM when you are hungry and it is about to rain and it is getting hot, hop a bus back to your hotel. Eat some food, and sit back and relax either at your pool or in your room. At about 5:00 PM it is time to go back out to the park with the Extra Magic PM hours. Get your supper reservations at the park before you even leave for your trip (use the meal plan it is awesome). Then spend the rest of the evening riding rides. Do this everyday you are there no matter what. Use your fast passes even during extra magic hours. Popular rides always have some lines so right when you walk in get your fast pass from that line and then go ride the older yet no less exciting rides. At Hollywood Studios we rode rides all night with no lines except the Rocking Roller Coaster and the Tower of Terror, those two we always used our fast passes. The daily swim at noon or the rest in your room is important to keep your sanity and if you have small kids they will fight a nap but it makes for a better behaved child in the evening. report a problem
