Shopping in Orlando runs a close second to theme parks when it comes to drawing visitors (witness the busloads of Brazilians who descend on the outlet malls just off Interstate 4). There seems to be a mall at every intersection, but skip those and instead stroll among the smaller shops in leafy neighborhoods full of cafés and restaurants. Park Avenue in the tony neighborhood of Winter Park is the most upscale shopping strip for boutiques like Tuni. In Thornton Park, a trendy neighborhood in downtown Orlando, statement pieces are on display at Zou Zou, while the prices are sweet at womenswear shop Marie-France. Beyond clothing, there's the North Orange Avenue Antique District, full of furniture finds and exotic exotica at Living Morocco and Washburn Imports.
