Everything said about Le Comptoir being a great restaurant is true. Plus the fact that the ;place is packed every night. One afternoon I stopped in the hotel and was able to make a reservation for that evening. We sat on the "patio" which means outside. During the dinner a couple of friends of the chef came by to try to get in without a reservation. The waiter called Yves outside but Yves kept shaking his head no. Disappointed the friends went away to find some other restaurant in which to have dinner.
