For perfectly-crafted classic cocktails, served by friendly-but-not-overbearing bartenders, head to Southwark (701 South 4th Street, at Bainbridge). Their attention to detail in preparing each drink is phenomenal. Definitely try the Ramos Gin Fizz--this is one of the only bars in the city where you will find it, and they know exactly how to make it. report a problem
