Makes sense, as the chef is Aaron May, one of Phoenix's best new chefs, and the ownership team includes Scottsdale's savviest nightlife promoter. You'll find the usual Spanish suspects on the menu (Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, and figs), but real zing comes from the tapas-ization of main courses like braised veal, seared salmon, and lamb chops à la plancha.
