As the town of Gordes is becoming a real tourist spot, prices are going up as well. For a heavenly place at a reasonable price and with breahtaking panoramic views over the Luberon, head for L'Asphodèle. The infinity pool is simply magnificent. The rooms are impeccably clean and the hospitality and friendliness of Thierry and Christophe add even more to the marvel of this idyllic place. We absolutely loved Gordes when we drove through about 10 years ago - and we had already made reservations in a little town - Fountvielle - but would definitely go back and try this super sounding B ^ B. Thanks. Tom and Libby in San Diego
