El Yunque National Forest, Rio Grande

I went to El Yunque with a tour group. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. He told us about the history of the island as well as the rain forest. He pointed out different plants as well. You will hear the famous coqui frog but we didn't see any. It will most likely rain while you are there, but it remains humid. The hike was very easy and we stopped at a small falls. After the hike we stopped for some authentic Puerto Rican food which was delicious.I enjoyed it immensely. It was wonderful.
