Bioluminescent Bay, Vieques
What a GREAT trip!

Bio bay in Vieques is Amazing thing to see its a must to do when in Puerto Rico. My family and I were so happy to find a company that was able to take us over to Vieques and return us the same night.The trip departed from fajardo, PR with East Island Excursions and it even included a dinner. www.eastwindcats.com
